A to jednak ako antropologick\u00fa skuto\u010dnos\u0165, jednak ako spolo\u010densk\u00fa in\u0161tit\u00faciu. V\u00a0takejto rodine myslitelia videli dokonca pevnos\u0165 konzervativizmu. Napokon t\u00e1to rodina je absol\u00fatne neoddelite\u013en\u00e1 od <em>dedi\u010dstva<\/em>, \u010do e\u0161te prid\u00e1va k\u00a0jej archaick\u00e9mu a\u00a0\u010disto defenz\u00edvnemu charakteru (udr\u017eiavanie privil\u00e9gi\u00ed, dedenie). Liber\u00e1lny racionalizmus zasa neprestajne pracoval na ohrani\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdsad takejto in\u0161tit\u00facie. Rodina je pripraven\u00e1 o\u00a0v\u00fdchovn\u00fa funkciu, a t\u00e1 bude vyhraden\u00e1 \u0161t\u00e1tu. Rovnako jej nepatr\u00ed zdravotn\u00edcka kontrola (a povinnosti, ktor\u00e9 z\u00a0nej plyn\u00fa, napr\u00edklad prevent\u00edvne o\u010dkovanie); rodi\u010dia nem\u00f4\u017eu sami rozhodova\u0165, alebo vnucova\u0165 svoje h\u013eadisko.<\/p>\n<p>Filozof chce by\u0165 slobodn\u00fdm, a\u00a0tak sa najm\u00e4 usiloval oslobodi\u0165 sa z\u00a0onoho prvotn\u00e9ho r\u00e1mca, zhotoven\u00e9ho biologick\u00fdm naturalizmom a\u00a0uv\u00e4z\u0148uj\u00faceho rodinu. Aj freudizmus pripojil svoje odmietav\u00e9 argumenty, ke\u010f uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee v\u00a0tomto zoskupen\u00ed sa zab\u00fdvala neur\u00f3za; freudizmus ju nezab\u00fadal preb\u00fadza\u0165. Rodina teda spo\u010d\u00edva na akejsi sopke: na jednej strane uspokojuje n\u00e1roky sexuality, ktor\u00e1 je v\u00a0na\u0161ej konzumnej spolo\u010dnosti extr\u00e9mne vydr\u00e1\u017eden\u00e1; na druhej strane tieto n\u00e1roky spravuje a\u00a0disciplinuje (stadia\u013eto poch\u00e1dza z\u00e1kaz incestu alebo takzvan\u00fd z\u00e1kon exogamie).<\/p>\n<p>Pre\u010do sa v\u0161ak rodina dnes vracia na sc\u00e9nu? Je to najm\u00e4 preto, \u017ee v\u00a0na\u0161ej rozvinutej priemyselnej spolo\u010dnosti vzr\u00e1stol individualizmus nato\u013eko, \u017ee subjekt bol ponechan\u00fd \u00faplne bez zakotvenia. Ekonomick\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 je postaven\u00e1 na chladn\u00fdch zmluvn\u00fdch vz\u0165ahoch. Za\u0161li sme v \u201eoslobodzovan\u00ed\u201c tak \u010faleko, \u017ee poci\u0165ujeme jeho nebezpe\u010denstvo \u2013 osamelos\u0165. Je teda d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 obnovi\u0165 vr\u00facne v\u00e4zby, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa nevyhnutn\u00e9 pre na\u0161u vlastn\u00fa s\u00fadr\u017enos\u0165 \u2013 u\u017e nie iba v\u00e4zby solid\u00e1rnosti alebo dohody, ale afekt\u00edvne v\u00e4zby. Navy\u0161e n\u00e1\u0161 svet v\u00a0d\u00f4sledku neust\u00e1leho zni\u017eovania po\u010dtu naroden\u00fdch a\u00a0zvy\u0161ovania priemern\u00e9ho veku str\u00e1ca svoju rovnov\u00e1hu. Na\u0161e spolo\u010denstv\u00e1 smeruj\u00fa k\u00a0vymretiu. Je naliehavo potrebn\u00e9 vr\u00e1ti\u0165 sa k\u00a0rodine a\u00a0da\u0165 jej privil\u00e9gi\u00e1, preto\u017ee zais\u0165uje obnovu a\u00a0rovnov\u00e1hu gener\u00e1ci\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>No ako zachova\u0165 rodinn\u00fa entitu a\u00a0vyhn\u00fa\u0165 sa uv\u00e4zneniu, ktor\u00e9 je jej s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou (ako vieme, Andr\u00e9 Gide definoval rodinu ako celu \u2013 bola pre neho \u201esamov\u00e4zbou\u201c)? Je spr\u00e1vne, \u017ee na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 sa nau\u010dila rie\u0161i\u0165 tento rozpor: na z\u00e1klade pokroku technosf\u00e9ry a\u00a0kv\u00f4li z\u00e1v\u00e4zku op\u00e4\u0165 n\u00e1js\u0165 sol\u00eddne z\u00e1klady pre rozvoj jednotlivca sa rodina <em>denaturalizovala<\/em> a\u00a0<em>debiologizovala<\/em>. Rodina sa takto neust\u00e1le vzd\u00e1va svojej prvotnej a slepej nemennosti, svojej nehybnej \u0161trukt\u00fary.<\/p>\n<p>Bol uz\u00e1konen\u00fd rozvod. Ak rozvod spochyb\u0148uje trvalos\u0165 matersk\u00e9ho z\u00e1v\u00e4zku, je potrebn\u00e9 to prija\u0165, prinajmen\u0161om kv\u00f4li tomu, aby sa deti vyhli h\u00e1dav\u00fdm v\u00fdstupom a\u00a0strastiam \u010di nezhod\u00e1m. A\u00a0ak man\u017eelstvo nevy\u0161lo a\u00a0vyvol\u00e1va u\u017e len h\u00e1dky, pre\u010do ho \u010falej fikt\u00edvne predl\u017eova\u0165? Neprij\u00edmame v\u0161ak tvrdenie, pod\u013ea ktor\u00e9ho by zv\u00e4zok vypl\u00fdval zo zmluvy; t\u00e1 je per definitionem revidovate\u013en\u00e1. Kto hovor\u00ed o\u00a0jednom (zmluva), hovor\u00ed aj o\u00a0druhom (odst\u00fapenie od zmluvy). D\u00f4vodom toho, \u017ee akceptujeme koniec man\u017eelstva, ke\u010f prestalo fungova\u0165, je sk\u00f4r to, \u017ee ver\u00edme v\u00a0jeho v\u00fdhody a\u00a0d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165. Zatia\u013e \u010do nerozlu\u010dnos\u0165 man\u017eelstva znamenala, \u017ee bolo pokladan\u00e9 za \u201epr\u00edrodn\u00fd\u201c fakt, my ho vn\u00edmame ako z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165 kult\u00fary, ktor\u00e1 je krehk\u00e1 a\u00a0do\u010dasn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Aj interrupcia je dnes z\u00e1konom umo\u017enen\u00e1, pri\u010dom s\u00fa stanoven\u00e9 ist\u00e9 nevyhnutn\u00e9 podmienky. Umel\u00e9 preru\u0161enie tehotenstva je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou <em>debiologizovania<\/em>, ale taktie\u017e <em>dediabolizovania<\/em>. Sloboda m\u00e1 navrch: nemus\u00edme u\u017e zn\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 n\u00e1tlak, spojen\u00fd s\u00a0pr\u00edslu\u0161nos\u0165ou k\u00a0rodine. Tehotn\u00e1 \u017eena sa vo\u013eakedy nemohla vzda\u0165 materstva bez toho, aby bola vystaven\u00e1 najr\u00f4znej\u0161\u00edm rizik\u00e1m. Musela ho prija\u0165. Dnes sa ho m\u00f4\u017ee zriec\u0165, ak ju k\u00a0tomu ved\u00fa skuto\u010dn\u00e9 a\u00a0prijate\u013en\u00e9 d\u00f4vody. Protivn\u00edci tohto rozhodnutia, ktor\u00ed ho ozna\u010duj\u00fa za smrtiace, nar\u00e1baj\u00fa s\u00a0nere\u00e1lnymi alebo prekr\u00faten\u00fdmi situ\u00e1ciami \u2013 hovoria napr\u00edklad o\u00a0bud\u00facej matke, ktor\u00e1 by nechcela porodi\u0165 die\u0165a, aby nemusela preru\u0161i\u0165 letn\u00e9 pr\u00e1zdniny\u2026 Je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee v\u00a0takomto pr\u00edpade by bola \u017eiados\u0165 o\u00a0umel\u00e9 preru\u0161enie tehotenstva zamietnut\u00e1. Neoh\u00e1\u0148ajme sa vyfantaz\u00edrovan\u00fdmi situ\u00e1ciami a neznehodnocujme v\u00e1\u017ene rozhodnutie s\u00a0mno\u017estvom d\u00f4sledkov, ktor\u00e9 predsa nikto neberie na \u013eahk\u00fa v\u00e1hu.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kon po\u010d\u00edta aj s\u00a0existenciou CECOSu [1], kde je ulo\u017een\u00e9 semeno anonymn\u00fdch darcov. Toto semeno zachr\u00e1ni pred bezdetnos\u0165ou \u017eeny, ktor\u00fdch man\u017eel trp\u00ed napr\u00edklad aspermiou. Inseminovanie spermiami darcu, ktor\u00fd nie je man\u017eelom inseminovanej \u017eeny, vytv\u00e1ra nov\u00fa rodinu, ktor\u00fa charakterizuje skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee sa vymyk\u00e1 z pr\u00edrody: ide o\u00a0nezdar v\u00a0rodi\u010dovskej postupnosti. Otec die\u0165a\u0165a bude ma\u0165 in\u00fa rolu, u\u017e nie rolu genetick\u00e9ho otca, ale rolu otca \u017eivite\u013ea a\u00a0najm\u00e4 vychov\u00e1vate\u013ea. Dvojica dok\u00e1zala zv\u00ed\u0165azi\u0165 nad t\u00fdm, \u010do ju ohrozovalo: nad nemo\u017enos\u0165ou pretrva\u0165 v\u00a0potomkoch. Ka\u017ed\u00fd uh\u00e1dne, \u017ee z\u00a0toho plynie mno\u017estvo \u0165a\u017ekost\u00ed: m\u00e1me odkry\u0165 die\u0165a\u0165u jeho p\u00f4vod? Nie sme tomu naklonen\u00ed. Niektor\u00ed to v\u0161ak \u017eiadaj\u00fa. Na\u0161e odmietnutie vych\u00e1dza z\u00a0toho, \u017ee chceme ochr\u00e1ni\u0165 rodinu od v\u0161etk\u00e9ho, \u010do ju (zbyto\u010dne) ohrozuje; informovan\u00fd syn \u010di dc\u00e9ra m\u00f4\u017eu \u2013 prinajmen\u0161om v\u00a0duchu \u2013 opusti\u0165 t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed ich vychovali. A pravda? Netreba \u2013 ako hovor\u00ed zn\u00e1ma formulka \u2013 da\u0165 prednos\u0165 \u017eivot zachra\u0148uj\u00facej l\u017ei pred pravdou, ktor\u00e1 zab\u00edja? Napokon niet \u010do skr\u00fdva\u0165, akur\u00e1t budeme ml\u010da\u0165 o\u00a0jednom dos\u0165 nepodstatnom aspekte \u2013 o\u00a0\u010disto biologickom po\u010diatku. Otcovstvo, ktor\u00e9 chr\u00e1nime, prekra\u010duje tento biologick\u00fd po\u010diatok.<\/p>\n<p>Tieto tri inov\u00e1cie na \u00farovni pr\u00e1va a\u00a0jestvovania \u2013 <em>rozvod<\/em>, <em>interrupcia<\/em> a <em>lek\u00e1rsky asistovan\u00e1 reprodukcia<\/em> \u2013 vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa rodinn\u00fa \u0161trukt\u00faru, ktor\u00e1 sa vymanila zo svojich najtemnej\u0161\u00edch str\u00e1nok, o\u00a0ktor\u00fdch sme si mysleli, \u017ee s\u00fa nemenn\u00e9: st\u00e1los\u0165, vydanos\u0165 napospas biol\u00f3gii a\u00a0rezign\u00e1cia, utrpenie. Na za\u010diatku sme sa p\u00fdtali, \u010di bude mo\u017en\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010di\u0165 in\u0161tit\u00faciu rodiny (s t\u00fdm, \u010do obsahuje) a\u00a0slobodu. Tri momenty, ktor\u00e9 sme uviedli, s\u00fa dostato\u010dnou uk\u00e1\u017ekou toho, \u017ee \u010dloveku sa to podarilo. M\u00f4\u017eu teda jestvova\u0165 re\u0161trukt\u00farovan\u00e9 rodiny a\u00a0aj rodiny, ktor\u00e9 samy rozhodn\u00fa o\u00a0svojej \u0161trukt\u00fare. Moralista m\u00f4\u017ee iba zatlieska\u0165. Za tak\u00fdchto podmienok sa bude vystr\u00edha\u0165, aby na\u010dieral do star\u00e9ho reperto\u00e1ru, ktor\u00fd odsudzoval rodinu (oslobodenie, vo\u013en\u00e1 l\u00e1ska, spont\u00e1nnos\u0165).<\/p>\n<p>To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee by sme zvy\u0161ovali hodnotu v\u00fdvoja; ten je predsa faktom, a\u00a0zav\u0161e n\u00e1s m\u00f4\u017ee dovies\u0165 k\u00a0tomu, \u010do odmietame. V\u00a0na\u0161om pr\u00edpade ale v\u00fdvoj znamen\u00e1, \u017ee sa utv\u00e1ra nov\u00e1 podoba baz\u00e1lnej komunity, tak\u00e1, ktor\u00e1 sa zbavuje okov. Dejiny rodiny, ktor\u00e9 technosf\u00e9ra ur\u00fdchlila, n\u00e1m lep\u0161ie ukazuj\u00fa podstatu <em>rodinn\u00e9ho bytia<\/em>: ide o\u00a0zoskupenie, ktor\u00e9 \u2013 ke\u010f\u017ee nie je jednoduch\u00fdm pripo\u010d\u00edtavan\u00edm \u2013 presahuje jednotlivcov, ktor\u00ed do\u0148ho vstupuj\u00fa, a\u00a0pritom neobmedzuje ich slobodu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u010f\u017ee je dnes aktu\u00e1lnou ot\u00e1zka homosexu\u00e1lneho zv\u00e4zku, mus\u00edme v\u00a0bud\u00facnosti roz\u0161\u00edri\u0165 sk\u00famanie tohto v\u00fdvoja a\u00a0dosta\u0165 sa a\u017e na hranice rodiny, k\u00a0tomu, \u010do sa deje na jej okrajoch. Pred pr\u00e1vnikom prich\u00e1dza e\u0161te moralista. Bude tento zv\u00e4zok akceptova\u0165? Aby sme mohli odpoveda\u0165, bude najprv potrebn\u00e9 definova\u0165 rodinu. T\u00e1 sa pr\u00e1ve oslobodila od z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ee biol\u00f3gie, ktor\u00e1 na nej spo\u010d\u00edvala, pri\u010dom t\u00fato z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e \u00faplne nepoprela. Naturalita na\u010falej prenik\u00e1 <em>p\u00e1rov\u00fdm byt\u00edm<\/em>, av\u0161ak toto bytie u\u017e nie je na \u0148u redukovan\u00e9. Ide o\u00a0to, aby sme prostredn\u00edctvom rodiny utvorili ak\u00e9si f\u00fazne mikrozoskupenie. Preto man\u017eelstvo nestoto\u017e\u0148ujeme so zmluvou. Zmluva sa t\u00fdka hlavne zabezpe\u010denia slu\u017eieb alebo k\u00fapy tovarov, upravuje hmotn\u00e9 oper\u00e1cie. Ke\u010f si sob\u00e1\u0161iaca sa dvojica povie <em>\u00e1no<\/em>, je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee toto <em>\u00e1no<\/em> hovoria jeden druh\u00e9mu, no e\u0161te viac ho hovoria komunitnej skuto\u010dnosti, do ktorej pr\u00e1ve vstupuj\u00fa. Ide teda o\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00fa <em>kv\u00e1zi-zmluvu<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00da\u010delom tohto spolo\u010denstva je ono samo, to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee zais\u0165uje rozvoj a\u00a0uspokojenie t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed sa rozhodli \u017ei\u0165 spolu. Potomstvo, ktor\u00e9 z\u00a0tejto in\u0161tit\u00facie m\u00f4\u017ee vyplyn\u00fa\u0165, nie je jej cie\u013eom; inak by t\u00e1to in\u0161tit\u00facia bola reproduk\u010dn\u00fdm syst\u00e9mom (naturalita). Takto definovan\u00e9 man\u017eelstvo (a teda rodina) neignoruje svoju biologick\u00fa str\u00e1nku, no v\u00a0skuto\u010dnosti k\u00a0nej nie je prip\u00fatan\u00e9. Man\u017eelstvo chce v\u00a0podstate ukon\u010di\u0165 individu\u00e1lnu existenciu (abstraktn\u00fa, odde\u013euj\u00facu, ochudob\u0148uj\u00facu). Za tak\u00fdchto podmienok nie je jasn\u00e9, pre\u010do by homosexu\u00e1li nemali ma\u0165 \u00fa\u017eitok z\u00a0man\u017eelsk\u00e9ho <em>stavu<\/em>: ke\u010f im ho upierame, vraciame sa vlastne k\u00a0tomu, \u010do tu vl\u00e1dlo v\u00a0minulosti, to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee rodinu zr\u00e1\u017eame do jej biol\u00f3gie, z\u00a0ktorej sa neprestajne vyma\u0148ovala.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd PaCS [2] nedok\u00e1\u017ee poskytn\u00fa\u0165 odpove\u010f na tento probl\u00e9m. Umo\u017e\u0148uje homosexu\u00e1lom ak\u00fasi verejn\u00fa dohodu, ktor\u00e1 sa ale t\u00fdka predov\u0161etk\u00fdm da\u0148ov\u00fdch, finan\u010dn\u00fdch a\u00a0dedi\u010dsk\u00fdch z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed. Navy\u0161e PaCS je dan\u00fd do s\u00favislosti s\u00a0in\u00fdmi dohodami (obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 ak m\u00e1 zah\u0155\u0148a\u0165 bratov a\u00a0sestry, inak povedan\u00e9: naturalitu [3]), aby sa takto zakryli \u00fastupky, ktor\u00e9 sa urobili homosexu\u00e1lom. PaCS teda odmieta to, \u010do v\u00a0istom zmysle zdanlivo toleruje. Z\u010faleka nerie\u0161i probl\u00e9m, ale ho zaha\u013euje a\u00a0umen\u0161uje. Je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou skrytej homof\u00f3bie, hoci homosexualite zdanlivo vyhradzuje <em>pr\u00e1vo na jestvovanie<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Vr\u00e1time sa k\u00a0n\u00e1\u0161mu tvrdeniu, pod\u013ea ktor\u00e9ho rodina ustanovuje <em>\u017eivot vo dvojici<\/em>, aby jednotlivca zachr\u00e1nila pred jeho subjektivitou. Patr\u00ed k\u00a0<em>objekt\u00edvnemu duchu<\/em>, k\u00a0istej v\u00f4li, ktor\u00e1 \u2013 aby sa viacej zaistila \u2013 uzatv\u00e1ra spojenectvo. Podaktor\u00ed nakoniec akceptuj\u00fa <em>homosexu\u00e1lnu rodinu<\/em>, ako keby to pre nich bola ak\u00e1si nevyhnutn\u00e1 obe\u0165. Upieraj\u00fa jej v\u0161ak to, \u010do by ju posv\u00e4tilo: fili\u00e1ciu. Tak sa v\u00a0skrytosti vracaj\u00fa k\u00a0naturalizmu: dvaja mu\u017ei alebo dve \u017eeny nem\u00f4\u017eu po\u010da\u0165; m\u00f4\u017eu sa teda rozhodn\u00fa\u0165 iba pre zmen\u0161en\u00fa rodinu, pre zredukovan\u00fa pseudorodinu, nav\u017edy zbaven\u00fa sebarozvoja (potomstvo). Odmietaj\u00fa adopciu, ako i\u00a0postupy, v\u010faka ktor\u00fdm m\u00f4\u017eu homosexu\u00e1li (\u010diasto\u010dne) ob\u00eds\u0165 prek\u00e1\u017eku, ktor\u00e1 ich obmedzuje: inseminovanie jednej zo \u017eien <em>p\u00e1ru<\/em> zmrazen\u00fdmi spermiami anonymn\u00e9ho darcu alebo <em>matku-nosi\u010dku<\/em>, ktor\u00e1 by bola oplodnen\u00e1 spermiami jedn\u00e9ho z\u00a0mu\u017eov <em>mu\u017eskej homosexu\u00e1lnej rodiny<\/em>. Toto je neprijate\u013en\u00e9. Homosexualita je teda tolerovan\u00e1 iba ako amputovan\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea n\u00e1s ale ni\u010d neospravedl\u0148uje tieto z\u00e1kazy \u010di re\u0161trikcie. Ak by sme mohli predv\u00edda\u0165 rozvoj reproduk\u010dnej biol\u00f3gie, niet pochybnost\u00ed, \u017ee v\u00a0bud\u00facnosti prelom\u00ed z\u00e1voru, ktor\u00e1 zatia\u013e obmedzuje homosexu\u00e1lny zv\u00e4zok: bude mo\u017en\u00e9 spojenie dvoch reproduk\u010dn\u00fdch buniek s\u00a0<em>n<\/em> chromoz\u00f3mami (alebo dvoch ovocytov \u010di dvoch spermatozoidov), \u010d\u00edm sa spust\u00ed z\u00e1rodo\u010dn\u00fd cyklus (2 <em>n<\/em> chromoz\u00f3my). Nejde o\u00a0symbi\u00f3zu rovnak\u00e9ho s\u00a0rovnak\u00fdm, ale rovnak\u00e9ho s\u00a0in\u00fdm. Je pravda, \u017ee sa tu opierame iba o (anticipuj\u00facu) hypot\u00e9zu. Pre\u010do by v\u0161ak dva ovocyty (s <em>n<\/em> chromoz\u00f3mami) nemohli poskytn\u00fa\u0165 z\u00e1rodo\u010dn\u00fa bunku (s 2 <em>n<\/em> chromoz\u00f3mami)?<\/p>\n<p>Protivn\u00edci neskladaj\u00fa zbrane. Bude vychov\u00e1van\u00e9 bu\u010f dvoma otcami alebo dvoma matkami. Tak sa neust\u00e1le vraciame k\u00a0ultrak\u00e1nonick\u00e9mu modelu naturality, hoci tento model je u\u017e v\u0161ade na \u00fastupe. Definit\u00edvne sme zafixovali roly: matka symbolizuje l\u00e1sku, otec z\u00e1kon. Auguste Comte zveril matke interioritu a\u00a0otcovi komplement\u00e1rnu exterioritu. Hoci nepopierame, \u017ee rodina na seba berie \u0165archu sexuality a\u00a0<em>reguluje<\/em> ju, a\u00a0tak potom reguluje i\u00a0prokre\u00e1ciu (hoci antikoncep\u010dn\u00e1 tabletka ich od seba oddelila, a\u00a0teda nie s\u00fa nevyhnutne spojen\u00e9), neobmedzujeme ju na to. \u010ciasto\u010dne ju spiritualizujeme. Presnej\u0161ie povedan\u00e9, vyn\u00edmame ju z\u00a0fyziologick\u00e9ho v\u00e4zenia, v\u00a0ktorom bola dlho uzavret\u00e1. To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee by sme sa zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch s\u00edl usilovali by\u0165 v\u00a0zhode s\u00a0prebiehaj\u00facim v\u00fdvojom, no tento v\u00fdvoj, vyvolan\u00fd technosf\u00e9rou, umo\u017enil oslobodenie <em>rodinn\u00e9ho bytia<\/em>, ktor\u00e9 mor\u00e1lnos\u0165 nedok\u00e1\u017ee zni\u010di\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0minulosti bola rodina obhajovan\u00e1 z\u00a0ekonomick\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov (zaistenie pracovnej sily), alebo zo spiato\u010dn\u00edckych politick\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov (obmedzenie, integrovanie). Liber\u00e1li a\u00a0filozofi sa vyjadrovali v\u00a0prospech oslobodenia sa od rodiny; pridali sa k\u00a0nim aj rom\u00e1nopisci (<em>Klbko vreten\u00edc<\/em> [4]). Rodina sa v\u0161ak zmenila. Dokonca od seba odohnala <em>naturalitu<\/em>, ktor\u00e1 ju dlho ovl\u00e1dala. U\u017e nem\u00f4\u017eeme udr\u017eiava\u0165 star\u00e9 stereotypy. Na druhej strane sa mus\u00edme zmieni\u0165 o\u00a0deficitoch a\u00a0hendikepoch, ktor\u00e9 zasahuj\u00fa <em>die\u0165a bez rodiny<\/em>.
